Invisible Beauty Makers through the eyes of Puig employees

CARLA AND JOSÉ MARÍA TRAVEL TO VALENCIA TO MEET THE TIMPERS PROJECT TEAM.

“Participating in the Makers program of Invisible Beauty is an incredible experience, and although Timpers has set the bar very high for me, I will take part again for sure”

We had the opportunity to set up a meeting between the employees of Puig Carla Sainz de Vicuña, HR Executive at Puig, and José María Encinas, Global Strategic Planning Scrum Master, and the social entrepreneurs of Timpers Diego Soliveres, Aitor Carratalá and Roberto Mohedano. During the trip we asked them what about their experience of participating in the Makers program of Invisible Beauty.

Carla defines her first experience with the Makers program as “incredible, and although Timpers has set the bar very high for me, I will take part again for sure”. She stresses that “a company like Puig getting involved with a program like this says a lot about it, because it benefits all parties”. She highlights how important it is to get out of the routine and connect with other realities to maintain her professional motivation. In her opinion, the Makers program of Invisible Beauty gives meaning to the need for companies to have a social impact that go beyond generating profits. Both her and José María are grateful that they work in a company that is committed to this program because it has a very positive impact on the employees who participate in it. And both ask that the program continue to be run.

They both urge us to “find that small gap in our tight schedules to take out a few hours, because the program gives you back much more than you give”.
