This foundation works to improve social acceptability of corporal, sexual and gender diversity through workshops, training and social media, where women are invited to appear as freely as themselves with the aim of nourishing self-confidence, self-esteem and nurturing mental health and personal well-being.

In the working world, being a woman who is over 45 years of age is a double handicap when it comes to finding new employment. This association provides support, offers coaching and a networking channel to women over 45 to help them return to the labor market and recover their self-confidence and the sense that due to their gender and age they have become invisible.

Facing a job interview is not easy for anyone, and even less so when you are a woman at risk of exclusion. Fundación Quiero Trabajo accompanies, trains, prepares and empowers women to successfully face these selection processes. From clothing, posture, attitude... Everything counts so that these women face a job interview with confidence and self-confidence.

Deplasticize. This is Unplastify´s leitmotif. They work with schools, companies, governments and institutions using a variety of activities to help support them to deplasticize their immediate environment. Unplastify recognises that prevention at the source is how the growing use and abuse of plastic can be solved.

Haute la Consigne

Recycling is good but reusing is even better. This is the Haute la Consigne foundation’s slogan. The foundation works to reduce the ecological impact of packaging and usage, specifically bottles, not only by one off gestures, but by creating systems of cooperation between professionals in the food industry and restaurants. The foundation advocates the reuse of bottles by developing a circular and local economy. A bottle can be used 50 more times after its first use. What if we could do the same with our glass fragrance bottles?
